1. The school implements various evaluations and visits of the Ministry of Education (such as the overall development plan of private universities, colleges and universities, departmental evaluations and school affairs evaluations, teacher quality follow-up visits, integrated inspections, etc.) Matters.
    
2. Self-evaluation by the administrative and teaching units of the school.
    
3. Review of the school's teacher evaluation research projects.
    
4. The compilation of laws and regulations and amendment proposals of this department.
    
5. The distribution, tracking and filing of official documents in this office.
    
6. Work distribution, management, work-study financial control, and write-off of work-study students in this department.
    
7. The preparation (summarization), execution and write-off of various budgets of this office.
    
8. The department's petty cash control and write-off matters.
    
9. Management of the property of this office.
    
10. The compilation of the work report of the unit supervisor submitted to the administrative meeting.
     
11. The secretary's office tracks the transmission and reconciliation of controlled matters to this office.
     
12. The department handles the records and notices of business meetings and other related matters.
     
13. Coordination of various divisions of the department.
