- Coordinate and handle the school affairs development group business.
- The school's various school affairs development plans (such as medium and long-term development plans, implementation effects of school affairs development, additional adjustments to the degree programs of schools and departments) application, planning, assembly, data submission, review opinions, and review and improvement items The list manages tracking.
- The link between the filling in the College Affairs Database of the Ministry of Education and other system data of the Ministry of Education (such as awards and subsidies, total development, list of universities and colleges... etc.).
- The office is responsible for the appointment of members of various meetings (School Affairs Development Committee, Kainan University Executive Ministry of Education Award for Private University School Affairs Development Plan Funding Committee), conferences, records and research, examination and review of resolutions and other related matters .
